1 Building Plaque: Introduction
Welcome to the West India Docks. This building plaque stands at the end of the buildings that remain from the original West India Company warehouses built in 1802. Out of the ten warehouses that stood here, these remain, the rest of which were destroyed during the Second World War ( 1939-1945)
